(48 hrs per fortnight)
We are seeking an enthusiastic Division One Registered Nurse to join our professional Health Promotion Team.
The successful applicant will become an integral member of the Team assisting in the planning, implementation and evaluation of Health Promotion projects and strategies with the goal of improving the health of the residents within Wimmera Health Care Group's catchment area (Horsham and Dimboola). The position involves predominately Monday- Friday hours however there may at times be requirement for after hours work.
Key Selection Criteria include:
- Registered Nurse with current APHRA registration
- An understanding of the principles of primary health care and the social model of health
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Commitment to quality
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Proficiency in the use of information technology
- Demonstrated and ongoing commitment to professional development
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Victorian drivers licence
