Consultant Anaesthetist
Permanent Full Time (76 hours per fortnight)
We are seeking a consultant Anaesthetist to join our dedicated team at Wimmera Health Care Group. This permanent full time position is available for immediate start and includes working Monday to Friday with participation in an on-call roster. This role involves providing specialist anaesthetics services of the highest possible standard to ensure optimum, safe medical care outcomes working in a highly collaborative manner with medical, nursing and other WHCG team members.
Key Selection Criteria include:
Essential:
- Fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA)
- MBBS or equivalent degree
- Full general registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in clinical anaesthetic care across a wide range of surgical specialties, including paediatrics and obstetrics
Desirable:
- Experience in anaesthetic service provision in a regional environment
