Position Summary |
Pharmacist - Grade 1/2 Pharmacy Department Permanent Full Time (80 hrs per fortnight) with an ADO every 4 weeks
Applications are invited from Pharmacists to join our professional team and work within our Clinical Pharmacy Programme. This permanent full time position is available immediately and involves working as a pharmacist in the hospital dispensary and in acute ward areas. This position includes working Monday to Friday, Saturday morning on a rotational roster and participation in an on-call roster. Please indicate in your application if you are applying for a grade 1 or 2 position.
Key Selection Criteria includes: • Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent and AHPRA registration • Commitment to improving patient outcome through mediation management • Hospital Pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential) • Computer literacy • Demonstrating attention to accuracy and detail • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team • Excellent communication skills
